The Diagnostic Path
What you are about to take is a three-part diagnostic tool for people who suspect they are (or were) in a narcissistic relationship. The tests are designed to be taken in sequence — each one builds on the last.
Nothing dramatic. Just honest questions, answered privately, on your own time.
These tests are currently written from a male perspective with a female narcissistic partner ("she/her"). The pattern itself is not gender-specific.
If you are a woman with a narcissistic male partner, mentally swap the pronouns while reading. The dynamics, the manipulation patterns, the wounds, the survivor profiles — all of it applies just as much to your situation.

The entry test. Gives a percentage score indicating how strongly a narcissistic pattern is present.
Start Test 1 →Which Type of Narcissist Is She?
Identifies the specific type: Grandiose, Covert, Communal, or Malignant — plus the combination, because most narcissists show traits from multiple categories.
Start Test 2 →Which Type Are You?
Identifies your own profile: Empath, Protector, Helper, Rescuer, Pleaser, or Striver — and why narcissists may have chosen you.
