The Diagnostic Path

Three tests · About 15 minutes total

What you are about to take is a three-part diagnostic tool for people who suspect they are (or were) in a narcissistic relationship. The tests are designed to be taken in sequence — each one builds on the last.

"The man who honestly asks himself whether his partner is a narcissist usually already knows the answer. He just needs permission to trust what he sees."

Nothing dramatic. Just honest questions, answered privately, on your own time.

A note on perspective

These tests are currently written from a male perspective with a female narcissistic partner ("she/her"). The pattern itself is not gender-specific.

If you are a woman with a narcissistic male partner, mentally swap the pronouns while reading. The dynamics, the manipulation patterns, the wounds, the survivor profiles — all of it applies just as much to your situation.
